Dule and his team produce this delicious Dry Hulled Processed coffee. Similar to a honey process, the coffee is pulped, and soaked in fermentation tanks. Some but not all of the mucilage is removed. It is then dried down to 11.5% before it is hulled and sorted. This coffee reminds us of tropical fruits followed with a mild acidity.
